At DavidsHealthyLiving we look at things through both a Holistic and specific lens. Our Holistic lens looks at the 5 keys of Mind-Rest-Movement-Nutrition-X factors. Our specific lens uses the PEMS approach where we look your entire being from a Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual perspective to find the primary driver of your performance challenges, health challenges or pain.

In my experience with many different people over the years chronic pain is a multi-layered issue. We use a PEMS (Physical, Emotional, Mental, Spiritual) approach to find the root cause.

At the physical level the body expressing chronic pain is usually a sign of compression, inflammation and trigger points stemming from excess stress.

At the mental-emotional level what creates excess stress varies from person to person.

At the Spiritual level any disconnection from a sense of connection to the entire Uni-Verse will create inner imbalances that filter down to the mental-emotional and physical levels.

At DavidsHealthyLiving we offer many services. Every human being is unique and will have different needs on their healing journey. From there we can better recommend what will help you most in your next steps on your healing journey.

The price of our program varies.
Group classes are between $35 and $40 a class depending on the package you choose
Small group coaching programs are $40-$950 per month
1 on 1 coaching programs currently range from $1500 to $7000. We have starter packages as low as $500 so you’re able to experience a few sessions for yourself and decide if you feel it’s a good fit for your goals.

At DavidsHealthyLiving we look at things with a Holistic lens, but still have very specific techniques, exercises, cleanses and more to help people’s bodies heal where it’s most in need.

At DavidsHealthyLiving we have worked with many people who have been told they need surgery and in the majority of cases we’re able to help people avoid having to get the surgery if that’s what they desire to do.

We have worked with many people to create more freedom of movement after surgeries. Knowing exactly what kind of surgery you had will speed up the healing process.

Our approach to health is to help you attain and sustain a state of holistic health. In our experience when the body is in a state of holistic health, any state of disease cannot exist.
